I never paid much attention to hydration. Water was boring, and there were always more appealing options like coffee, soda, or a cold beer. Besides, I was rarely thirsty, so I figured I didn't need much water. This mindset followed me for years, a silent and unseen mistake that was slowly impacting my health in ways I didn't even realize.

Initially, the signs were subtle and easy to ignore. Dry skin, occasional headaches, and a bit of fatigue – nothing that I couldn't brush off as just a part of a busy lifestyle.
